Finlayson Consulting provides full management services in the private sector, for not-for-profit organizations and professional trade associations. The company currently supports two organizations with management, administrative, clerical and financial services; as well as coordinating government affairs activities, public relations and media outreach services and strategic management and communications planning.
The issues affecting each of the two organizations are highly complex but Finlayson Consulting has mastered the information required to be extremely effective for the clients, and used prior relationships or created new ones that enable the clients’ messages to be heard by influencers and decision makers. One organization is regional to eastern North Carolina but requires aggressive government affairs support with local governments and in Raleigh. The other is a multi-state trade group requiring command of issues and relationships in both North and South Carolina.
